Educational nature of services
Lessons teach chart interpretation skills. They are not personalised financial product advice, brokerage services, or trade signal subscriptions. Past chart examples are instructional. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and payments
Fees, deposits, and schedules are confirmed in writing after enquiry. This website does not process payments. Invoices and payment instructions are issued separately. Refund and rescheduling rules are set out on our Refunds page.
Intellectual property
Curriculum outlines, marking sheets, session notes, and website content remain the property of Virtualizeapis unless otherwise stated. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not copy, sell, or publicly republish teaching materials without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when enquiring about lessons.
Liability
